Dark Hollow Falls is perhaps the most popular waterfall in Shenandoah National Park, mainly because it is the easiest to get to.

Riprap Trail Circuit

Riprap Trail is noted as one of the best hikes in the southern section of the Shenandoah National Park. It forms with the Wildcat Ridge trail and a section of the Appalachian Trail creating a 9.8 mile circuit.

Rapidan Camp

Rapidan Camp was built by President Herbert Hoover and his wife Lou Henry Hoover. It served as their rustic retreat throughout Hoover's administration from 1929 to 1933.
