Welcome to the Redwood National and State Parks photo gallery. Here you'll find a number of images of this beautiful area that combines a national park and three state parks into a single administrative unit. Park visitors can enjoy a variety of activities, from camping and hiking to whale watching and tidepooling. In recognition of the rare ecosystem and cultural history found in the parks, the United Nations designated them a World Heritage Site in 1980 and an International Biosphere Reserve in 1983.
