Camping:
There is no camping on the park's mainland, but Biscayne National Park includes two campgrounds, each located on a different Florida Key island. Both campgrounds are open year round and are operated on a first-come, first-serve basis. They are both accessible by boat only. For those who do not have their own boat transportation, the park's concessionaire can provide transportation for campers. To arrange for transportation to the island with the park's concessionaire, call 305-230-1100. For additional information on either campground call 305-230-7275.Boca Chita Key Campground This open, waterside, grassy camping area includes picnic tables and grills. Toilets are available on the island, but there are no sinks or showers. There is no fresh water on the island. You must bring your own drinking and cooking water.
Elliott Key Campground Features waterside and forested camping areas on a seven-mile long island. All campsites have a picnic table and a grill Restrooms with sinks and cold water showers are also available. Drinking water is available on the island.
