Welcome to the Gettysburg National Military Park photo gallery. Here in Gettysburg, Pennsylvania, the largest battle ever fought in North America and the bloodiest battle of the Civil War took place during the first three days of July in 1863. I hope these photos will inspire you to visit the park, a battlefield shrine to the Union and Confederate soldiers who fought here. The park features more than 1,320 monuments and memorials, as well as the Soldiers' National Cemetery, where Abraham Lincoln delivered the famous Gettysburg Address.
