Bryce Canyon National Park 

Bryce Canyon is world famous for its wild and wonderful scenery. The rock formations at the park began to develop during the Cretaceous Period (144 to 63 million years ago) when a great seaway extended into this area, depositing sediments thousands of feet thick.
