The William Howard Taft National Historic Site is
located in the Mount Auburn section of Cincinnati, Ohio, off I-71.
Description: William Howard Taft, the only person to serve as both President (1909-1913) and Chief Justice of the United States (1921-1930), was born and raised in this house, which has been restored.
Operating Hours:
The site is open daily from from 8:00am to 4:00pm; closed Thanksgiving,
Christmas, and New Year's Day.
History: Authorized on December 2, 1969.
