Location: Longfellow National Historic Site is located on Brattle Street in Cambridge, Massachusetts.
Description: Poet Henry Wadsworth Longfellow lived here from 1837 to 1882 while teaching at Harvard. Years earlier, George Washington, Commander-in-Chief of the newly-formed Continental Army, headquartered and planned the Siege of Boston here (July, 1775 and April, 1776).

Operating Hours: The Longfellow House is open during the summer season beginning in June. The grounds and gardens are open year round.
