Size: 23,777 acres. 

Location: John D. Rockefeller Jr. Memorial Parkway is located in northwestern Wyoming, linking West Thumb in Yellowstone National Park with the south entrance of Grand Teton National Park. 

Description: This scenic 82-mile corridor commemorates Rockefeller's role in aiding establishment of many parks, including Grand Teton.

Activities: Camping, hiking, horseback riding, boating, fishing, hunting, snowmobiling, cross-country skiing. 

Operating Hours: The Visitor Center is open daily except on Thanksgiving Day, December 25 and January 1. 
Cave Tour tickets are available on a first-come, first-served basis at the visitor center. Tickets can also be purchased up to three days in advance by calling 1-605-673-2288, ext. 0. Cave tours and talks can sell out at any time of the year. Tours require a minimum of two participants.

History: Authorized on August 25, 1972.
