Here's How:
- Contact the National Scenic Byways Program at 800-4-BYWAYS.
- Ask
them to mail you a map of the All-American roads and the national scenic byways.
- To learn more about each of these roads and byways or to order a map
online, visit National Scenic Byways Online,
a web site sponsored by the Federal Highway Administration. Go to
http://www.byways.org/ and from
the main menu, click on "The Traveler." and then select
"Request a Map."
- To find descriptive information on each byway, from the main
menu, select "The Traveler," and from there you can search for
byways by state, by name, or by multiple search criteria (name, state,
designation, intrinsic qualities).
