Guadalupe Mountains National Park - Trip Planner

Courtesy of the National Park Service

Welcome to the Guadalupe Mountains National Park Travel Planner. Here you'll find everything you need to plan your Guadalupe Mountains vacation, including directions, maps, photos, lodging, camping, things to do, weather, and more.

This rugged land feature varied plant and animal life and one of the finest examples of an ancient marine fossil reef on Earth. Open year-round, the 86,416-acre park draws only 208,098 visitors per year making Guadalupe one of the least visited of America's national parks. From the fall colors of McKittrick Canyon to the summer bloom of cactus flowers and the sheer canyons of the Guadalupe Mountains, the park has something from everyone to appreciate. If you haven't had an opportunity to visit this land of mountains, desert, and wonderful scenery, I hope you'll enjoy a visit in the near future.
