Dry Tortugas National Park

Welcome to the Dry Tortugas National Park Travel Planner. Here you'll find everything you need to plan a trip to the park, including directions, maps, photos, camping, things to do, weather, and more. The park protects and interprets a pristine subtropical marine ecosystem and Fort Jefferson, an outstanding example of 19th century masonry fortification. It comprises a cluster of seven islands, composed of coral reefs and sand, located 70 miles west of Key West, Florida. The 64,701-acre park draws only about 74,000 visitors per year. I hope you'll enjoy a visit to the park in the near future.
