Buck Island Reef National Monument
Features the finest coral reef gardens in the Caribbean, which include coral grottoes, sea fans, and tropical fishes.

Christiansted National Historic Site
18th and the 19th century structures commemorate colonial development in the heart of the capital of the former Danish West Indies on St. Croix Island.

Salt River Bay National Historical Park and Ecological Preserve
The only known site where members of the Columbus expedition set foot on what is now U.S. territory, park preserves diverse cultural and natural resources.

Virgin Islands Coral Reef National Monument
Located in the submerged lands off the island of St. John in the U.S. Virgin Islands, the monument contains all the elements of a Caribbean tropical marine ecosystem and several threatened and endangered species. 

Virgin Islands National Park
Designated a Biosphere Reserve, park covers about one-half of St. John Island and Hassel Island in St. Thomas harbors.
