Chickasaw National Recreation Area
Named to honor the Chickasaw Indian Nation, the first national park in the state of Oklahoma is highlighted by a number of springs, streams, and lakes.

Oklahoma City National Memorial
Established to commemorate the April 19, 1995, bombing of the Alfred P. Murrah Federal Building in Oklahoma City, which resulted in the deaths of 168 people.

Washita Battlefield National Historic Site
Protects and interprets the site of the Southern Cheyenne village of Peace Chief Black Kettle that was attacked by the 7th U.S. Cavalry under Lt. Col. George A. Custer in 1868.
