The search continues for a missing climber at Mount Rainier National Park, though poor weather conditions could prevent rescuers from any progress. The man, who has been missing since an avalanche Saturday morning is presumed dead.

Eleven people were caught in the avalanche that hit the upper mountain on the Ingraham Glacier Direct Route and 10 made it out - thanks to guides and climbers who saw the avalanche and got help. Two of those pulled from the avalanche were injured but were in stable condition. Unfortunately, the missinfg climber seems to have been visiting the park alone. Ranger Stefan Lofgren stated, "The missing climber did not register for his climb, so we are focusing our efforts on identifying him. Until we do, we are unable to notify his family of the situation."

All are hoping the weather clears to continue the search.
