- Saturday, December 26 and January 2: Join a 3-mile roundtrip ranger-guided tour through the Fire Island Wilderness and along the beach.
- Sunday, December 27: Junior Ranger Workshop: Exploring the Wilderness, will be held at the Wilderness Visitor Center at noon.
- Thursday, December 31: "Seaside Stories and Crafts" for children runs from noon to 1 p.m. at the Wilderness Visitor Center. Also the "Blue Moon" Evening Tower Tour will be held at the Fire Island Lighthouse. (Reservations only)
- Friday, January 1: Free New Year's Day Hike and Tower Tour at 10 a.m.

Thanks for the great articles. I live in NYC and am always looking for ways to get outside. Will definitely be checking out Fire Island this Holiday season!
