I hope you had a wonderful Thanksgiving and gave thanks to our amazing national parks system. There are so many people who work hard to protect and preserve our natural wonders. If you want to keep that thanks and gratitude going, consider donating to the National Parks Conservation Association. Since 1919, the NPCA has been the leading voice of in the fight to safeguard the beauty, wildlife, and historic and cultural treasures of the most diverse park system in the world. A donation is tax-deductable and will help ensure future generations will enjoy the same wonders.
After retiring from a 32+ year career as a National Park Ranger, I still give thanks everyday for the incredible gift of our National Park System.
