Sheryl Crow Among Performers at National Christmas Tree Lighting

This year's National Christmas Tree Lighting ceremony is scheduled for December 3^rd and Sheryl Crow has been announced as one of the performers.

The National Park Service and the National Park Foundation announced the entertainment lineup today, which included Common and Ray LaMontagne. Additional performers will be announced next week.

Tickets for this year's lighting are being awarded by lottery, which closed November 9^th. The event will be streamed live online and broadcast on public television December 4^th.

The National Park Foundation also stated that a donation from General Electric will make this year's National Christmas Tree "the most energy efficient display" in history.
