The Yorktown Victory Center is located on Route 1020 near the Colonial Parkway in Yorktown.

To mark the 228th anniversary of America's Revolutionary War victory at Yorktown, head to Colonial National Historical Park for a variety of interpretive programs and tours on Saturday and Sunday, October 17-18.

The Yorktown Victory Center will feature military demonstrations, including musket and artillery drills, and hands-on re-creations of a Continental Army encampment and 1780s farm during the annual "Yorktown Victory Celebration," Saturday and Sunday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Visitors will also be able to view a rare early broadside printing of America's Declaration of Independence on exhibit for the first time in the museum's Declaration of Independence Gallery. The weekend will culminate with Yorktown Day - October 19.

Standard admission to the Yorktown Victory Center ($9.25 for adults; $5 for kids 6-12; free for children under 6) will include participation in event activities. For more information, call 888-593-4682 toll-free or 757-253-4838.
